I had great stay, the place is fabulous and peaceful!
Stunning and marvellous location in all the Restaurants on the property, exceeded all expectations. And I greatly enjoyed that it was right by pulpas were numerous even during high season as well as beach with access to sea.

Came in Akumal to relax and have fun, this family-friendly hotel was good home base for doing it. The rooms turned out to be spacious and bright with the most comfortable mattresses and a great continental breakfast included, for example. A shower, free toiletries, and bath sheets were available there. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cenote Santa Cruz.
Well, the area was pretty bad overall.

The hotel is fabulous, has excellent staff and nice sea views. Its location is perfect and exceptionally nice, not too far from Akumal Ecological Center. All in all they offer good service. Use the parking on-site. I would be happy to recommend to anyone staying in Akumal.

The hotel was special with incredible staff and an unbeatable location close to the "city-center ". Location: the venue was short walk to stores and Akumal for over 18 years and an incredible beach. Easily reached El Habanero Ruinas, located just a short stroll away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.
